Bolivian Butterfly Ram
A peaceful dwarf cichlid, Bolivian Butterfly Rams are a bonus to any community tank. Their vivid coloring and tranquil demeanor, almost timid-like, make them into perfect community fish. They are usually very friendly with each other, although they do quarrel every now and then. The more of these fish, along with their cousins, the Rams, are a beautiful addition to any aquarium. At maximum length, they attain about two and a half inches, which is perfect for them to duck into thick greens that they appreciate. They normally stay in the open, but a clump of plants behind them is always appreciated.
